Currently you can only set a customer to active or non-active. When non-active they arent displayed as a customer to assign a ticket too.
We currently have a customer 'on-hold' due to lack of payment. I would like an option to put the customer ON-HOLD and then add a note to say why.
Doing this should also put ALL exiting and new tickets ON-HOLD automatically.
We are getting all of SLA breaches due to Technicians forgetting to update ticket status'. I think the problem is Techies are responding or working on a problem (so adding a response or timer) and theres no option to update the ticket status within the 'add' sections. You have to save then section and then edit the ticket its self to change the status. That ruins the workflow. What would also be good would be the status ...more »
We use RMM and MSP Manager. There seems to be a lack of configuration for the integration to MSP Manager. I would like more options of what and how tickets get created. For example, we have our site and devices in RMM to monitor and test on our own Servers and Lab. I would like the option to exclude these from creating tickets in MSP Manager.
When deleting service items, this should NOT delete all associated tickets. Deleting Tickets should not be possible AT ALL in a ticketing system for audit purposes. I understand a ticket has be associated with a service item, but I would argue that a ticket doesn't need to be associated with a Service Item and put into an 'Unassigned Service Item' filter. Hi, I shocked me to discover that I couldn't create or copy existing monitoring checks from a Linux server like you can from Windows Servers. I understand the Linux monitoring, tasks and automation aren't quite as advanced as the Windows options, but I expected the Monitoring Template Options to be on par between Windows and Linux. Hi, I have a successful failed check and run automated task setup for Windows Defender updates. However, the loop doesnt close when the automated task runs successfully. So I am left with an open alert and ticket. The suggestion is to run the associated DSC check(s) again manually. For full automation it would be good to have the associated DSC check run again, say 2 or 3 times max (to prevent an infinite loop on continuous ...more »
