Hello, With MSP Manager, there is already a feature that allows us to get a custom URL to use MSP Manager. Hello, In MSP Manager, there is a menu where we can see how much remaining hours clients get on their contract. It would be nice to show a client how much hours he has left on his contract, via the GUI or via a report. Can we get a feature like this? Hello, We would like to suggest an improvement regarding contacts. When creating a ticket, before choosing the name of the applicant we are asked for a site. But some people are on multiple sites, and they do not appear. If I want to create it, the save button can not do anything. Hello, To do monthly billing, I look at the time entries. The problem is that the displayed results do not indicate either the ticket or the service plan in which the entry was made. So impossible to know if it's in the context of a project, in a counter, ... Ditto for the expenses I use for travel expenses. When closed tickets are modified, (after editing a cost for example) a mail notification is sent to the end customer. It confuses the end customer, can we avoid getting mail notifications sent when the corresponding ticket is in a closed status?
Hello, When we use MSPM to schedule a meeting, the technician receives a notification from firstname.lastname@example.org. Currently, approve this appointement will just give the technician a non-delivery notification. SolarWinds technical support told me this is a normal behaviour, as email@example.com is in fact a noreply address. Within the follow-up email template, when a staff agent adds a reply it adds the sender adress and the agent name as well. This is really nice, is it possible to get a variable like this to integrate within other templates like the closing template?
Hello, We would like to request an improvement regarding the way the integrated backup check currently works. Currently, if a backup is not ran accordingly to the schedule that is set up on the device, the backup check is ran anyway and we get an outage saying the backup wasn't done.
