Have a toolbox in MSP Connect from which you can quickly start scripts, automation policies, and other handy tools while giving support to end users.
It would be great if we could send clipboard keystrokes via MSP Connect or MSP Anywhere.
Sometimes it's not possible to use the available clipboard on the remote end (when the device is on a lock screen for example).
We have around 80 engineers in our support department, and right now it would be a pain to manage all their accounts separately in MSP Anywhere due to a lack of account synchronization (from our internal AD for instance).
It would be nice if we could either get account sync, or have multiple engineers use one technician account at the same time.
We use the active issues display as our monitoring dashboard. It would be nice if the acknowledgement note were visible directly from this view, instead of just the name of the user who acknowledged the issue.
We use custom properties to distinguish different kinds of devices. We have for example a custom property to define what devices are production or test, and what devices are monitored 24x7. It would be nice to be able to show this on the device or active issue dashboards.
