We have information from our support that we must always, everyday check and release by hand tons of mails because MA not use a TRAIN in outbound mails. Then please be a consistent and remove this option from GUI of product.You mistake all customers.
In Log search (preview) we have on top a description with link "classification" without ''extra class=mime-count' - please add this. From where we can read about all possible Main/Sub/Extra/Error class in one place? This should be added. You should at least add those language what you have in interface. We have 500 e-mail users in Poland but we cannot setup a periodic report without Polish language :(. Please be aware it's a big problem for our customer.
Additional, old product can send reports in particular days but now we have dayly/weekly/on_hand and this is not granular for us.
When I "transfer an admin" domain who are now as "Belongs to" then on this right top selector I must TYPE from memeory a domain.tld name because the "searching and prompt" now show my transfered domains.
This ease "easy search and select" mehanizm should work always.

When I select msg in quarantine and do action:
*) Release and Train - every time I have error "Error occurred Could not open mailbox "Caught (Outgoing).May.28"."
*) Release - Information that msg was sent "Message(s) released successfully" but it's still in quarantine like anythink not happend.
Please fix this bcs it generate ABR to my admin mail.
Creating ESR reports I can enter any domain like email@example.com and from this domain as spoofing I can send reports.
This should be limited to domain what I manage inside webpanel and solarwinds company, not ANY DOMAIN as spoofing.
In Incoming > Log Search I have setup few ESR who doing emailing to proper person with proper search results - greate.
Please add posibbility to EDIT this rule because now I must do many operation as workaround at every domain separatly :(.
Changing a e-mail adres or subject is so not comfortable now.
At Status collumn I see Rejected who can be search only as classsification='unknown' then it's clear that the same in results.
When I try use Classification selector then "Accepted/Rejected" is ignoring the 'unknown' status and I must uncheck all to select that one.
This is just 'stupid' to not include this one to Rejected, please add this into Q2 release.
Currently we can setup different timezone to properly counrty domains but we not see that DST settings who will be regulate summer/winter change of time, you Plan add this feature ?
I use Email Scout Reports for all domains, created in Incoming\LogSearch.
Those reports are in Repeat mode, every hour at xxh:10m . I receive bunch of ESR mails at eg. 22:04 with data from 19:00-19:59 but I expect data from 21:00-21:49 insted.
Please correct this hourly email reports.
When I must do, the same searching at few domains (in incoming > log search) and I change active domain on TOP RIGHT selector then I have a empty criteria.
This active domain selector on one place of web panel works with saving settings and page and sometime works on few diferent ways.
