Raising on behalf of Vault IT.
They'd like to be able to monitor their Ubuntu Server 17 with our agent but this is currently not supported.
Opening on behalf of Graficom Solutions BV. On the N-Central dashboard if the customer name is long, it will not display correctly in the column The dashboard columns have a fixed size rather than variable. That size can't be customized at all leading to the truncated customer names. It would be good if this could be customized so it would be easier to identify what's the customer name (in case it's long and truncated) ...more »
As an example, if a device doesn't have a third party patching license and I have a rule to include that device, once I give that device a license, the rule will not reapply automatically.
When the licenses are available there is no change on the device to trigger the rule.
To avoid such things, the idea would be to be able to configure in a rule the time that it reapplies automatically. Eg. Daily, Weekly
It would be cool if we could be able to hear the sounds from the remote system we are remoting to.
Currently, if we open the help prompt for the process name in a service, we only see suggestions for Windows systems, however, it would be good if we could have it explained for Linux.
It would be amazing if N-central could scan mounted volumes on a device and populate itself for monitoring volumes.
This would be a huge timesaver especially for shops that have Linux servers in the hundreds.
Zabbix does this exact thing so this can be done

We need this feature urgently, so when will it be available?
It would be great for both partners and support to always have advanced scripts option in the NAC enabled.
This way partners would instantly be able to enable VMware tools on any other advanced script after an N-central upgrade.
We would like to be able to configure a script for patch and reboot window, instead of creating a separate scheduled task.
The idea is to be able to run a certain shutdown script anywhere in the PM Window when required.
This would be only for PM reboot window and installation window.
It would be very good if we could monitor the users' web activity as currently this is not possible.
Reporting on this to our customers would also be great
We would like to have an option to input custom credentials as when running a discovery job, this would help us finding devices in a different domain
Currently, we cannot monitor the license keys of any version of Microsoft Office Home and Business. This is a huge issue for us since we, and probably many other customers use this software. Below is the list of supported applications: Microsoft Office 2003 Microsoft Office 2007 Microsoft Office 2010 Microsoft Office Professional Plus 2010 Microsoft Office Professional 2010 Microsoft Office Home and Enterprise ...more »
