Need a filter where i can see all tickets which clients add a response even for closed tickets.
And if a client will respond to a closed ticket it should reopen.
We are seeking to deploy BitLocker on our domain, and would like the ability to pull a report summarizing which endpoints have the Trusted Platform Module (TPM) chip, and which endpoints do not. Max Remote/SolarWinds RMM does not currently have this capability. We would like to submit this as a feature request.
It would be nice to keep our clients PC's in the system even if they have been offline for an extended period of time. If this option can be implemented on individual workstations that would be very helpful.
It would be very helpful to see the Raw Data for all the messages to see the X-MailAssure-Evidence value (0.00 to 1.00 score) for messages that should not have made it through the filter, but did.

I would like to have ability to modify some CSS for the color scheme at all levels (admin, domain, user)? Not for the login screen but the entire site. I like the one colored #2d335b, but it's too dark and I would like to brighten up the words in the Nav column. The other choices are not that great looking. When looking at all the alias email addresses for a domain, they don't appear to be sorted. This should be sorted by the alias addresses by default so a particular one is easier to find if there's a large list of them. The alias email addresses should be in the left column as well.
It would be very helpful to be able to save custom "views" on the quarantine and log search pages. Each time I go into that page I have to select the additional columns that I would like displayed and run my search, when I go back to run the same search later that day, I have to choose those same columns again. Currently there is no way to change the date/time format of the TIME column in protection reports. This column doesn't use the default date/time setup chosen in the Admin level control panel, Settings page. It uses yyyymmdd (no dash or / )and then military time making it hard to read for my U.S. based customers, they are all U.S. based.
