It would be nice for the performance monitoring check to monitor all the cores and fails if the threshold on all the cores combined is exceeded.
I think that would be a good idea. I can see where it is very useful to
kick off the Queue. Let's say I take down a mail server for a few days for
technical reasons. When we bring it back up the end users are going to
want that queued email ASAP, not in the 2 hours or more it will take the
queue to retry on it's own.
It would be very helpful if Auto delete from dashboard if agent is reinstalled and auto delete servers from dashboard if agent is not uploading data options are added under Settings > General Settings.
It would be nice to get Realtime – CPU and Memory monitor so any issues with the server could be addressed right away.
It would be nice to access the RAW data for all the delivered, queued, rejected, etc messages for troubleshooting purposes.
Need a filter where i can see all tickets which clients add a response even for closed tickets.
And if a client will respond to a closed ticket it should reopen.
We are seeking to deploy BitLocker on our domain, and would like the ability to pull a report summarizing which endpoints have the Trusted Platform Module (TPM) chip, and which endpoints do not. Max Remote/SolarWinds RMM does not currently have this capability. We would like to submit this as a feature request.
It would be nice to keep our clients PC's in the system even if they have been offline for an extended period of time. If this option can be implemented on individual workstations that would be very helpful.
It would be very helpful to see the Raw Data for all the messages to see the X-MailAssure-Evidence value (0.00 to 1.00 score) for messages that should not have made it through the filter, but did.

I would like to have ability to modify some CSS for the color scheme at all levels (admin, domain, user)? Not for the login screen but the entire site. I like the one colored #2d335b, but it's too dark and I would like to brighten up the words in the Nav column. The other choices are not that great looking. When looking at all the alias email addresses for a domain, they don't appear to be sorted. This should be sorted by the alias addresses by default so a particular one is easier to find if there's a large list of them. The alias email addresses should be in the left column as well.
