We would love to see the ability to add a few more filters for more detailed reporting. We have a client that wants monthly reports on ticket submissions. Two things they specifically would like to know are 1) Which user at their company submitted the ticket via email & 2) How long the ticket took from submission to resolution.
Would like for there to be a way that our technicians can enter mileage on a ticket so that we can reimburse them for their travel for onsite visits. They enter miles driven on the ticket > Admins enter the mileage compensation rate (e.g. $0.35/mi) in the back end under account settings
A feature that would allow us to assign each MSP Manager user their own specific hourly rate - so that we can keep track of hourly cost
