The MSP Mail provided the mail in a straightforward email format. The search features are nice, but end users are having trouble navigating to find what they need. Too many clicks for some to see the queued mail if the server is down. Can the emails be shown in a format similar to webmail for end users?
The Hard Disk Check uses the WMI quarry. The WMI quarry is not able to successfully detect imminent hard drive failures.
The parameter reallocated sectors is a clear indication of the status of a drive and the WMI check is unable to detect that. Need a new hard drive check that is better able to detect this failure.
The inbound Filter settings are currently set per domain
Need to have an option to set globally as was available in MSP Mail.
Also to be able to set on a per user for recipients who need a different setting
You can add a customer to MSP Manager from the Mobile app
You cannot create a ticket right away as you must first add a service item.
There is no way to add one using the mobile app.
Need to add this functionality to the phone app and have the ability to create a customer than a ticket while on site for new customers.
Would like to be able to have one MSP Manager to manage billing but have it integrate with multiple RMM dashboards to create tickets for failed checks.
This check needs to be added to the backup check options on SolarWinds RMM. We need to be able to monitor the most current versions of backup solutions.
