Once you put a user in the 'optionally notify users' section, it should retain the user when you update the ticket.
There should be a way to run bitdefender in safe mode when cleaning up the device.
Customers should be able create a quarterly report that reflects the scans that have been created and be able to adjust the date and time to show the information taken.
