I would like to be able to use the same credentials to login to the Customer Support Portal that are used to login to RMM, Take Control Plus, MSP Manager, Backup and Recovery, etc.
SSO has been implemented on these products, and I would like this to be implemented into the Customer Support Portal so I can use a single set of credentials for all SolarWinds Products and Customer Support.
I would like the ability to oute mail for certain users on a domain to certain destination mail servers, i.e. route mail for one user on a domain to one server, and another user on the same domains to another server.
In RMM's Networks tab's south pane, devices are listed. It's currently impossible to copy hostnames, IPs, MAC addresses, etc from the list of devices for pasting elsewhere. Other device listings such as the Servers or Workstations tab allow copying hostnames and other text. The Networks tab is much less useful since users can't copy text that appears there. Adding the ability to copy text from these fields would ...more »
When a URL or IP address is blocked by Web Protection, I would like it to show more information on the local device so a better decision can be made regarding whitelisting the site. An example of information included would be if an IP address is registered to a company, i.e. Google, DropBox, etc. I would like that information to be displayed in the block recorded in the taskbar on the local device, and when searching ...more »
I would like to be able to sort/filter devices by IP address in the north pane of the dashboard.
There is not enough information reported in Managed Patch Automated Tasks, and in the Automated Tasks Reports.
I would like a more granular report for Managed Patch regarding updates/patches installed after Managed Patch runs on a device.
On older Mac versions, there was the ability to run Manual Maintenance Tasks on the local device. This functionality seems to have been taken away in the latest Mac Agents, and I would like this to be brought back for Mac Agents.
In the incoming section there is a button to click to check the inbound quarantine. There should be a similar option in the outgoing section so that non-techie users don't have to put together a query and apply it. As an added benefit, it would also automatically be limited to the 30 days so that the message could still be available to release and train, and not display old messages that are no longer in quarantine
In the Problem Description and Session History sections of the MSP Anywhere Technician Console, there are places to take notes, but they are not saved on the console or in the Admin Area.
I would like the ability to save notes in the console, and be able to view them later on the console and in the Admin Area Session History section.
I would like some more options in MSP Manager. 1. The colours for the techs are too close together in some cases. Being able to select my own colours for the techs would be helpful. 2. If I move or delete an appointment, many other appointments will shift around. It would be so much better if each tech had his own column so that all of their calls would line up. This would make the colours for the techs redundant. 3. ...more »
I would like to see the features similar to those that are available in ConnectWise available in SolarWinds RMM, such as Microsoft Update Policies. Microsoft®️ Update Policies allow you to define the patch installation settings for Microsoft updates. A single Microsoft Update Policy can be applied to one or more patching groups. You can define pre and post install scripts as well as optional settings such as daytime ...more »
Would it be possible to search both incoming and outgoing messages in the same log search, for delivered mail and archived messages, instead of a separate one for either incoming or outgoing?
