By default, the primary recipient in every notification profile is the Product Admin account, currently if the partner wants to modify this setting for all profiles, they need to click into every single notification profile.
Partner would like to see N-central having the ability to modify default primary recipient in bulk.
Currently this is the situation the partner has to deal with: "Currently I have to use passwords in plaintext in my scripts, which are preserved entirely in the script directory of the application in Mac OS. Also, the URL to the script is in plaintext in the logs for the agent in Mac OS, and the script can be freely downloaded and observed by anybody with that URL, again exposing passwords that I am forced to record ...more »
Currently when we upload a script into the repository along with creating a new task, the script becomes Temporary Item and cannot be removed manually.
Partner is requesting to have the ability to manually remove Temporary Items.
Partner issue from support case: Partner was able to use mobile app to login N-central until they setup google SSO.
I have verified with product management that google SSO is not supported by the mobile app yet.
Please add this new feature to mobile app in the future.
Current design is to not allow exporting N-central SSL certificate from the UI.
By adding the new feature of allowing this, partner would be able to upload the cert onto their security devices like IDS for traffic inspection, to make their environment more secure.
In the current design, default repository items always have to show in the list, even though they are not needed sometimes. It would make the list more helpful if a design of filter is added, so the partners could have the option of choosing which items are visible, and which ones are not.
After Windows upgrade 1803, PowerShell cannot run "invoke-webrequest" without changing security protocol first, this is something we might need to modify accordingly regarding how automation manager works for the future.
Partner has existing scripts not working anymore because of this change.
Partner wants to deploy AVD on some VMs that once restart they would roll back to an initial status, so for these devices to be protected they want to deploy AVD without having to reboot device to complete the installation.
Partner also wants stand along installer for all available versions as well so there are more choices.
Partner needs new versions to include API updates in release notes, currently it is not. The API documents are available on the server itself, but currently there is no attempt being made to remind the partners about API changes.
Partner wants SSO with okta on future version, currently we only support AD/G-suite.
Partner wants to be able to add folder in global exclusion > process section, and then leaving it for N-central to auto recognize all the .exe/.msi files in the folder and sub folders and exclude all of them.
Current design forces user to manually put in all the file paths for all the executable files.
Partner needs a report that can show the next patching schedule for multiple devices. Currently it's only available under each device.
