TLS encryption option for SMTP is must have...
SSL is not supported by all providers, e.g Exchange Online.
MAPI support would be even more sweet.
Since Windows 1809 there is new fancy feature called "Clipboard History". This is also a risk if we remote to client and copy & paste sensitive information cause this person can later access it . Would be nice to have option to tick in box next to filter selection that will cover all devices except the ones that this filter applies to.
e.g I have made filter to filter out specific computer models, now when I tick in the reverse box it will cover all the other computers except the defined ones.
Issue - I would like to monitor specific event logs for failures and specific words etc. I would like to do it with different thresholds and get failed state for particular event log check or for group of checks. Would be nice to make unbilable time entries in ticket which is actually billable. e.g some work related to ticket can't be billed so you can tick unbillable option while adding time entry. when generating reports then you can see how many hours were unbillable and billable in this ticket. Currently there is option to make another ticket which can be unbillable but that costs time, effort and causes confusion. It ...more »
Would like to give permission to either role or specific person to customer X and only for service items A, B not C, D, E.
Granted person/role can see only then tickets that have service items A or B for customer X. He can't see tickets that are made with service items C, D, E.
It was possible with Service Desk but seems like not possible with MSP Manager... so we end up giving access to whole client...
Would be nice to have option to delete rate template without impacting existing tickets and time entrances. Support suggested going through every ticket and update rate template to new ones and then delete old rate template. Deleting rate template at the moment could end up deleting ticket or time entrances where it has been used.
