LogMeIn Free has a feature where you can reboot a machine into Safe Mode with Networking and still have LogMeIn enabled after the reboot. This is SUPER handy when you need to get rid of viruses that are starting up with the computer when booting into normal mode. I'd like to see Backup Support for AppAssure's Replay 4
Yesterday a customer switched their registrar without any notice. Along with that their DNS got moved tot he new registrar. All MX records were set to the new registrar's default. This broke the customer's email. They figured it out when customers called them about the bouncing emails they were getting. I'd like to see the ability to disable the Team Viewer Web Server that runs on port 80 from within GFI Max RM. Today was the first time I noticed it when a machine I knew didn't have any kind of web serving application (or so I thought) blocked me from installing a web server because port 80 was in use. Reason being if a machine has a copy of Team Viewer on it already it won't allow the GFI one on there. Being a script (not mandatory) I can remove it if I know the old version is no longer in use or needed.ou...

Currently we can give a customer access to a dashboard to see information.
I'd like to see the ability added to also let a customer remotely access their machines via Team Viewer.
This is handy for environments where you are working along side of in-house IT and want to offer your tools for use in-house.
I like the feature to put the agent into maintenance mode when a server is told to reboot. Makes sense, right? But: What about when a server is told to reboot... and it never comes back online? The Dashboard things everything is ok because the agent was put into maintenance mode, but the server failed to come back up.
