It would be great if there was a check box on the server schedule reboot window that would put the server into maintenance mode also. This would save much time instead of having to go elsewhere also.

We are a managed service provider and the way we bill may be a bit different. We bill by number of servers and computers we monitor and support. It is like an all-inclusive package. I have used another cloud backup software that allows you to backup ONLY to local storage or network storage without backing up to the cloud at all. Since there is no cloud storage they simply charge a software license monthly fee of $5 to use their software.

I have several customers that love this and I need GFI MAX Backup to support this before moving all our customers over. PLEASE ADD! :)

Many times a patch requires a reboot. I go through many computers each day that require a reboot to finish the patch install. It takes a lot of time to schedule an after hours reboot for each computer for each client.

It would be great if I can schedule reboots and check multiple computers at once.

Under Edit Client, Server Reports or Workstations Reports, there are fields for Mail To and CC to. I need to be able to send these reports automatically to a couple people at my customers office and also me. I am unable to seperate more than one email address with a ",". It is one email per field. Please allow for adding more email addresses.

I think it would be very helpful to have several stopwatches on the Dashboard. They could be used to help measure time spent on a client resolving an issue or just doing some type of work related to that customer. Right now I am using a 3rd party stopwatch for this, but it would be great if it were built in.

Right now I am having to take screenshots of the dashboard in order to show things like Last Logged On User, Last Response, and other information my clients want and not some other things that are included by default in the reports. THIS IS TIME CONSUMING and doesn't look nice. My competitors can do this and it makes it hard for me to compete on that level. When can we get custom reports?

Option to Use alternatives to Take Control like VNC, RDP, etc. I have come across a few times when the service had a hick-up and could not remote control servers.

An added benefit of granting client's manager to have remote control access along with the read only dashboard access would be nice. Maybe even restricted to certain machines.
