It would be usefull if customers could add applications to patch they can't find on the current list of applications. Theis applications might be very importen for customers and since LogicNow can't support every application by default, customers could add 3th. applications they want.
I have seen in other applications that you can get direct access to the Eventlog by a click when you do have an error in one of the event logs.
That's more than nice, taht's a must, isn't
LanGuard do have the option to to delay reboot after patching.
You might want to patch at 11 PM, but first want to reboot at 5:00 AM, after backup. Right now you do reboot right after patching.
The ability to disable / enable failed check from sending a tickets to MAX Service Desk.
We don't want all check to send tickets to MAX ServiceDesk, we want to pick the check there are important to us and avoid being swamped by tickets
If you look into "Controlpanel"+"Programs" you will find "Advanced Monitoring Agent".
But there isn't any information who has published this application nor which version it is
This may cause the program to be deleted
I suggest that GFI's name is inserted or even better reseller's name
It would be nice if you cound setup an alarm sound then the app for MAX RMM receive a new alarm message.
Just like when you get a mail or SMS
There are now so many settings you have to work you way through that is would be nice if: 1) You colud setup one client in one screen, so you don't have to setup, save, jump to new settings and so on. 2) A Client settings overview report, showing settings for a client, site. 3) Have option to disable or set the default settings, so you have control over what's is default and you don't have to swith different options off. ...more »

What we need is to set a limit on how many computers can be installed in ...more »
it would be nice if the software in use with GFI MAX in asset tracking showed installation date and Version.
TeamViewer and Advanced Monitoring Agent are two good examples on such software, but also AV products we support, might have been upgraded to a version we don't support - and then it would be nice to be able to find this information in asset tracking.
We need support for Trand Micro version 8.x
Othervise we will see millions of DSC AV errors soon.
